I’m generally more a walker than a runner, but at times I run and sometimes you do it just right and you feel the difference. I’ve also done walks (in town) barefoot which is nicer but that can be annoying with some of the crap that lies around.
I’ll read up on this again later when I have time – it’s good to rediscover the right way of doing things.
